Steve Langford Senior Pastor |
Dr. Steve Langford is an elder in the Central Texas Conference of the United Methodist Church. He was appointed Senior Pastor of St. John the Apostle in June of 2002. Steve holds both Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees. He also holds a B.A. from Howard Payne University, where the focus of his study was New Testament Greek and Theology. He has over 30 years of experience in ministry. “I view myself as a teacher and spiritual guide—teaching the truths of God that Jesus taught with the objective of being transformed into the likeness of Christ,” Steve said. Steve is married to Etta. They have three grown sons (Josh, Jon and Justin) and three grandchildren (Damon, Lily and Scarlett). |

Bridget Klug Administrative Assistant |
Bridget is a charter member of St. John the Apostle. She was there from the very first day in 1985, when SJA met at Corey Elementary. Bridget grew up in Arlington and attended the University of Texas at Arlington. Bridget became SJA’s Administrative Assistant in January, 2003. She and her husband Mike have two grown daughters. |

John Moran Minister of Music - Celebration Service |
John is the longest serving member of the St. John the Apostle staff, and one of the most versatile. He participates in all three services: for the 8:30 Traditional and 9:40 Blended services, John plays piano; for the 11:00 Celebration service, John leads the Praise Team and plays drums. John came to SJA in 1998 as accompanist for the Children’s Choir. He has held many positions since then. He was named Minister of Music for the Celebration service in 2002, and in 2006 he began leading the SJA Audio/Visual Team. He is webmaster for www.pastorstudy.com . John is a Fort Worth native. He received degrees in Piano Performance and Percussion Performance from Texas Christian University in 2001. He has worked as accompanist with the TCU Department of Ballet and Modern Dance as well as the Dallas-Fort Worth Ballet/Texas Ballet Theater. He also works as a professional freelance musician and teaches private music lessons for the Southlake-Carroll ISD. John and his wife Katie live in Arlington with Lucy, their golden retriever. |

JulieAnn Levey Children's Ministry Team Leader |
Julie Ann is a Texas native who attended school and college in Arlington. Her educational background is in Child Development. She joined St. John the Apostle in December, 2005 when she became Director of Children’s Ministries. Julie Ann and her husband Tom have two children: Mallory and Marlo Kate. |

Chris Manzo Youth Ministry Team Leader |
Chris is a long-time member of St. John the Apostle. For many years, he worked with the SJA Youth in a volunteer capacity. He was brought on staff as Youth Ministry Team Leader in September, 2005. He has been on 12 youth mission trips and serves on the Central Texas Conference Youth in Mission advisory board. He graduated from Mansfield High School in 1990 and received his B.A. in Zoology from the University of Texas in 1994. He worked for 10 years in Information Technology before feeling called to full time youth ministry. "I love working with these kids. It is awesome to be able to walk with them through their successes and failures and see their faith grow over the years,” Chris said. “St. John the Apostle is a place where I feel like I make a difference." |
